Booking Policy

Please note: Appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the refund will be processed automatically. Beyond this time, a 50% late cancel fee is applied to the refund. If you want to reschedule anytime, get in touch and you can re-book to another day of choice.
