If you have an appointment that starts after 5pm then here’s a bit of reassurance for your arrival.

Main Reception is sometimes unstaffed after this time so there won’t be someone sitting at the desk to greet you, but not a problem as Mr. Gordon will aim to be down to greet you personally.

We try and ensure this but occasionally someone needs a bit more time that results in a delay in getting down for your arrival.

Firstly, we’d recommend not arriving more than 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled start-time.

Secondly, the revolving doors are locked after 5pm so whilst this entrance is great during the day, we always ask that people use the primary entrance around behind Loudon’s cafe (which is Lochrin Square itself).

Thirdly, don’t be put off by an empty and quiet reception area; this can be quite jarring as it’s so full of life during the day. Just take a seat on the sofas and Mr. Gordon will come and get you when he’s finished with the previous patient.
