If you have an appointment that starts after 5pm then here’s a bit of reassurance for your arrival.

We operate a one-in-one-out after 5pm.

Unlike during the day, there won’t be someone sitting at the desk to greet you, but not a problem as Mr. Gordon will aim to be down to greet you personally.

The majority of the time, there’s no overlap but healthcare being healthcare, there is very occasionally someone who needs a bit more time that results in a delay in getting down for your arrival.

Firstly, we’d recommend not arriving more than 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled start-time.

Secondly, the revolving doors are locked after 4:30pm so whilst this entrance is usually accessible during the day, we always ask that you wait under the cover here in the evening. When it’s cold and rainy, we really mean don’t be early!

If you happen to get in before Mr. Gordon arrives, don’t be put off by an empty and quiet reception area; this can be quite jarring as it’s so full of life during the day. Just take a seat on the sofas and you will be collected from there. We never, ever forget about you, don’t you worry!
